We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Sony Music Germany; however, if you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that all physical media, such as vinyl and CDs, remain in their original factory sealing to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring that all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or post office.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your returned items, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
